Grocery Shopping… you either love it, tolerate it, despise it, or fall somewhere in between! I can relate to all of these feelings at one time or another, but the majority of the time I do enjoy grocery shopping! My weekly trip to the grocery store is more of a “get in and get it done fast, I’ve got other things I’d rather be doing” kind of vibe. Whereas, other times when I visit some of my favorite stores like Trader Joe’s, I casually take my time, browse around, and truly enjoy myself!
Either way, I always make a list of items that I need to pick up. Having a “list” makes grocery shopping less stressful and annoying. You’ll save money, only buy what you need, get in and out fast, and set yourself up for success come meal time. For me, shopping is more relaxing when I have a list!
I like to shop at a variety of stores because each store has certain items that I like to get. In addition to my local Publix, I also enjoy grocery shopping at Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Target, and Costco Wholesale. I also buy quite a few items from Amazon.
To make life easier, I have created “Grocery Lists” of my go-to items from each of my favorite stores! Plus, I have a Master Grocery List of all the items I like to keep stocked up on for all my meals! These lists are a great reference for me, and hopefully will be helpful to you too! (Bonus: they’re mostly healthy items!)
