One way to keep things simple and quick is by following Breakfast and Lunch Rotations throughout the week. I’m a creature of habit and I love the structure of a routine, so this works out great for me! I make sure that there is enough variety so we’re not eating the same thing every day. With breakfast and lunch taken care of I can focus on planning for dinner! I count on at least one meal a week coming from “Dinner Favorites” and I keep my pantry and fridge stocked with healthy Snacks.
