One way to keep mealtime healthy, quick and easy is by following a “Breakfast and Lunch Rotation” throughout the week. I’m a creature of habit and I love the structure of a routine, so this works out great for me. I make sure that there is enough variety so we’re not eating the same thing day after day. I also keep my pantry and fridge stocked with healthy “Snacks”.
Since breakfast and lunch are taken care of, I can focus on planning for dinner! I count on at least one meal a week coming from “Dinner Favorites”.
