I love having a Breakfast, Lunch and Snack Rotation to follow! It definitely makes life easier! Having consistency with these meals makes grocery shopping easier and helps me stay on track with my “healthy eating” goals. No more staring into the refrigerator, cupboards, or pantry, wondering what the heck to make! No more excuses for skipping breakfast or lunch! With a rotation plan… you’ll have it covered!
Every once in a while I will change things up a bit, but the majority of the time, this is the plan my family and I follow.
So that you may easily put this idea to use, I have created a PRINTABLE! I’ve combined my Breakfast, Lunch and Snack Ideas and organized them by day in order to provide you with a handy reference to a week of meals, to be used over and over again! (Now you can just focus on planning for dinner!)
After you PRINT this plan, I recommend placing it in a protective sheet and storing it in your kitchen. Even though I pretty much have this plan memorized, I still pull this paper out of my kitchen drawer and refer to it once in a while!
When I flip it over I have a visual for the “kids lunches”!
“A Week of Kid-Friendly Lunches” is in the Welcome gift you receive when you Subscribe to my blog (go ahead and do that now if you haven’t already!)! Your free Welcome gift will also include a week of lunch ideas for adults, tips for packing lunches and a shopping list! Combine it with this Rotation Printable and you will have breakfast, lunch and snack time covered!
Find all of the ingredients needed for this “Rotation” in my Master Grocery List.
*This specific plan may not be right for you, but you can always use it as an example to then create your own rotation.
